Relax in comfort in the Tropically decorated Great Room. Plenty of comfortable seating, and space to spread out.
Large Kitchen and Dining Area
Dining room seats six, with seating for another 4 at the 12 ft Breakfast Bar. The Great Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room all look out toward Pool and Ocean view.
Fully Stocked Family Size Kitchen
Everything you need, large refrigerator, pantry, toaster oven, barware/blender, dishwasher, even a rice maker and electric griddle for those homemade pancakes!
Master Bedroom has Tempurpedic King Bed
Large Master Suite (over 400 sq ft) is done in soothing colors, with vaulted ceiling, a walkout to Lanai by Hot tub and double mirrored closet hallway/dressing area. Master bath is a large full bath with shower tub and double sink. Bath has small private Lanai too. Our guests love the Tempurpedic foam bed!
Second Bedroom Has King Bed.
Second bedroom is tropically decorated and has vaulted ceilings, large mirrored 8 foot closet,large slider out to main Lanai, and view to Pool.
3rd Bedroom has Tempurpedic King Bed.
The 3rd bedroom is tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, has great breezes with windows on two walls, and is located next to the 2nd full bath with shower tub.
4th Cabana Bedroom has Full and Twin beds.
Decorated in a Beach theme, the Cabana Bedroom is a guest favorite for teens and adults as well. It has windows on 3 sides and has great breezes too.
View To Pool!
Beautiful view toward pool from window over twin bed. (This bedroom is located adjacent to the Lanai and next to the Pool, therefore we do not recommend it for very young children alone!)
Huge Covered Lanai For Great breezes and Views!
The Lanai extends along the entire back of the house and faces the Pool Deck and Sunset view. Lanai Dining area seats 6. There is an additional seating area next to the Hot Tub too.
Even A Small Tiki Bar!
You will spend a lot of time on this Lanai, it is one of the most complimented features of the house. The House, Lanai, and Pool Deck are all on the same level too. Locking gates provide additional safety between the Pool and Lanai for smaller children, however as with any Pool, adult supervision is required.
Large Hot Tub on Lanai!
The large Hot Tub is a guest favorite, offering jetted warmth and a relaxing Pool and Sunset view. Hot Tub has an easy hinged cover, and can seat up to 6 with several different seating/jet options.
Spend The Day Relaxing By The Pool...
Pool Deck has gas grill barbecue and another table for 4, plus more seating and plenty of lounge furniture. You will feel at home with the potted Palms and flowers. Plenty of Sun Chairs and even Tiki Torches. Cabana in background faces Pool.

Many extras including Snorkel gear, Beach Chairs & Umbrellas, Mats, Cooler, and Boogie Boards too! We also have a great selection of Kids & family games, puzzles, and movies to watch! Many baby/infant items as well such as stroller, day crib, and high chair.
Large Laundry Room
Laundry room is complete with detergent, supplies, and iron & ironing board too.
Beautiful Gardens and Grounds!
Lots of mature tropical plants including Bird of Paradise, Cactus, Fruit Trees and many varieties of Palms and Hibiscus. There is always something in bloom. The sounds of birds abound, and seasonal butterflies love the garden. Read a book by the fountain and Pagodas in the front yard and feel at home.
Stunning Sunsets!
Each night offers a different Sunset view. Plenty of Sunset viewing options from the house, Pool, Lanai, and even the Hot Tub. Grab your favorite beverage and relax...you are home!
Ocean FRONT....?
Not a chance! Too HOT, too LOUD, and too many BUGS! This place is PERFECT! Convenient to the Airport and close to all the activities, beaches, shopping, & attractions. Great elevation too, you don't need A/C here!
